Tuesday Race training – 5:30 pm on the water – all year – Training Coordinator
Thursday evening (April – October) – 5:45 – Touring skills development
Thursday Race training – 5:30 pm on the water – all year – Training Coordinator
Saturday Race training – 9.00 am on the water except Hare and Hounds Days (usually the third Saturday of the month) – Training Coordinator

he race takes place on the River Itchen which is tidal. Dependant on conditions spray decks and buoyancy aids would be required. The lightning course takes place over a sheltered stretch of water. In past years there hasn’t been a portage. Safety cover is always provided with a number of ribs providing support over the course. http://www.southamptoncc.co.uk
