Yat Whitewater Fun/Intro/Refresher Day Trip 5 (New re-updated date)

Where: Symonds Yat, Ross-on-Wye, HR9 6JL

A day trip at the Yat suitable for both youngsters and adults as an intro to white water (must be confident capsizing kayak with a deck), plus experienced paddlers wanting a chance to brush the cobwebs away or refresh their skills in a familiar environment. Where: River Hamble, Lower Swanwick

Launching from Lower Swanwick paddling up to Botley and across to the Horse and Jockey at  Currbridge and then let the tide bring us home. Distance approx 8 miles. must be competent in using a spray deck and be able to do an assisted deep water re-entry.
