We also run regular training sessions throughout the year:
Tuesday Mornings – 1 and 2 star courses – May-Oct – Liz Murnaghan
Tuesday Mornings – coach supported recreational paddling – Nov-Apr – Liz Murnaghan
Tuesday Race training – 6pm on the water – all year – Training Coordinator
Thursday Recreational Paddling in touring kayaks and open canoe – 9.30am on water – All year – Canal Cottage – Training Coordinator
Thursday Race training – 6pm on the water – all year – Training Coordinator
Saturday Race training – 9.30am on the water except Hare and Hounds Days (usually the third Saturday of the month) – Training Coordinator

Paddlerpower, Paddlesport Plus and Adult Star Courses
Tuesday evenings – Junior courses,  Paddlepower Passport and Improver; Adult courses 1 and 2 star kayak. 6.30 pm – Jon Freemantle

Introduction The Devizes to Westminster International Canoe Race starts in Devizes, Wiltshire, finishing just downstream of Westminster Bridge in central London, opposite the Houses of Parliament. The race has been held annually over the Easter Weekend since 1948. The race is 125 miles long and has 77 portages. Saturday 27 April, 10am – B3C Elimination Race.  We’ve all seen the cyclists do it, where the final racer at the end of each lap is eliminated!  The B3C race will have a shorter course for GP/Tourer and a longer course for racers, but all on the water at the same time in the same event.  This event is free, with tea and toast in the clubhouse after.
